We keep a regular presence in the community while we take care of property inspections and vendor supervision. We also provide an online calendar for residents to make appointments for onsite and Zoom meetings. Also included is the preparation of a quarterly Newsletter and Surveys to gather community feedback on the community management.
We have a streamlined process for handling architectural review requests. Owners can submit requests online, and we coordinate with the review board members to address requests promptly. Community maintenance and other service requests can also be submitted using the owner portal.
Our top quality service fee is a flat fee per month. While other management companies may offer you a limited services package at a discounted rate, we don’t believe in holding back on the quality of the service we provide. Your community deserves the best service at the best rate!
We support as many Board and Committee meetings as needed. We understand there may be special occasions when more than one monthly meeting is needed. We also support ARB and DEC meetings by providing a corresponding package to help committee members. We are here for you!
Vendor management requires more than processing a payment. From clearly defining the scope of expected services to validating the service was provided satisfactorily to supervise any needed corrective action it is all included in our vendor management services.
